Cover Supervisor in Gosport

As a Cover Supervisor, you will take charge of lessons in the absence of regular teachers, covering various subjects. The role involves minimal planning and marking, with full training provided by both the school and Engage Education. The school is conveniently located and is dedicated to offering students a comprehensive and balanced curriculum to equip them for future success.

We are seeking individuals who:

• Have experience working with students aged 11-16.
• Are confident in managing classroom behaviour effectively.
• Are flexible and able to adapt to different subjects as required.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with students.
• Have a professional yet approachable teaching style.
• Are enthusiastic about education and student development.

This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, experienced Cover Supervisors, or those with experience in roles such as Youth Worker or Behaviour Mentor. While experience working with challenging behaviour is beneficial, it is not essential.
