I am delighted to be working a new and exclusive vacancy for an ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER on a site in the Okehampton area. Working for a well-respected developer with an excellent reputation who build both open market and social/affordable housing units. 

You will have a proven background working on new build residential sites in the role of assistant site manager. 

This is a long term role offering longevity of work in the area, with next sites lined up. Opportunity to progress up to site manager in the future! Joining an experienced and established site team under excellence leadership and support from Head Office. 

Competitive salary up to £46k DOE plus car or allowance and a range of benefits
