Our client is a forward-thinking property management company seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties. You'll be responsible for ensuring high standards of property management, compliance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of residential leasehold properties, including a large prestigious estate.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, leaseholders and stakeholders.
• Ensure all properties comply with relevant legislation and safety standards.
• Work alongside the accounts team to manage property finances, including budgeting, financial reporting and expenditure reviews.
• Coordinate major works and maintenance projects to completion.
• Provide timely communication and reports to clients and internal teams.
• Mentor and support junior staff within your portfolio team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential property management.
• MIRPM qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of property management software (e.g., MRI Qube).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid UK driving license.
