Junior Scaffold Design Engineer - London - Up to £40,000 + Benefits - Ref:1748

I am currently recruiting for a Junior Scaffold Design Engineer to work for a client of mine based in London.

The organisation has been in operation for over 45 years and are one of the biggest Scaffolding Companies across the UK and they employ over 150 people in the London area. In addition to this they have a very well-established client base and are one of the most recognisable companies within their area of specialism.

To support the continued growth of the business they're now in a position where they can employ a Junior Scaffold Design Engineer and provide training and guidance to be the future of the company and work there way up to a Senior role.

In this role as a Junior Scaffold Design Engineer, you will be required to Design Scaffold in alignment of the British and Euro codes of practice. In this role you will also be conducting site surveys and liaise with other construction professionals to ensure all safety requirements are implemented. Once you have completed the Surveys you will then be required to go back to the office and complete the designs for your client by sticking to strict time frames.

Essential Requirements:

A minimum of 6 Months Experience in a Scaffold Design role
UK Experience
Knowledge of AutoCAD / Other CAD Packages are also fine
Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, Mechanical (BEng, MEng , MSc)This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Junior Scaffold Design Engineer to work for a growing Consultancy and actively working on prestigious projects all year round across London.
