About the role:

We are looking for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant with expertise in supporting children with challenging behaviours. As part of a dedicated team, you will help students manage their emotions, engage with the curriculum, and develop essential social skills. The role involves working closely with children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 who need extra support to overcome behavioural challenges. You will collaborate with teachers to implement strategies that encourage positive behaviour and academic progress.
