Van Driver in Barnsley needed for immediate start.

Salary: £12.50 per hour with overtime paid at time and a half.

We have an opportunity for an experienced 3.5 Tonne flatbed driver to work at our Barnsley based client.

About the role

Our Barnsley based client are currently recruiting for a 3.5 tonne flatbed driver to deliver safety barriers across the Yorkshire region. The driver will be loading their vehicle at site then delivering to customers ensuring appropriate paperwork is completed. As a Recruit A Driver Van Driver, you will be flexible to meet requirements of the business, have proven track record in a similar type of role for at least 1 year,

What you need to know:

• Start times: Usually between 07.00am
• Shift pattern: Monday - Friday with overtime available on Saturdays and Bank Holidays
• Workload: approx. 10 drops per day.

What you must have:

• Must hold a valid UK license for a minimum of 12 months.
• Must have experience driving a 3.5 tonne vehiclewithin the last six months, ideally 12 months.

• Must Multi-drop experience and be confident in face-to-face dealings with customers on delivery

• Must have no more than 6 points on license for minoroffences, no DD, DR or IN endorsements
