About the role of Contracts Manager:

Working on commercial projects valued £1 - £15 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B, fit out, cut + carve and refurbishment.

Responsibilities for Contracts Manager:

Travelling to various sites across London and office based in Essex
Ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance
Acting as main point of contact for clients, project managers and site
Ensuring deadlines are met on time within budget Requirements for Contracts Manager:

Experience working at a principal main contractor as Contracts Manager
Experience working on projects valued £1 - £15 million
CAT A, CAT B, cut & carve and and commercial experience
Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and driven to deliver What we offer for Contracts Manager:
