Our client celebrate over 30 years of Business Travel and have won awards during this time. The opportunity is to look after a large account for a finance/banking client. Offering remote working with travel to the Clapham Junction, London office once a month.Working hours Monday-Friday only - 08:00-16:30 / 09:00-17:30 / 09:30 - 18:00

• First point of contact dealing with corporate deal fares with BA and VS
• Organising hotel bookings using corporate rates
• Use of Conferma and Air Plus
• Booking transfers either with Blacklane or direct with hotels
• Extensive UK rail travel with use of Evolvi
• Process and respond promptly to all travel requests
• Raise and carefully check documentation for accuracy and quality
• Work to SLA's meeting the agreed time frames
• Knowledge of Sabre is essential

You will be accountable for client satisfaction and retention.  Adhere to company processes and procedures.  Have the ability to deal with difficult and complex bookings.  Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Altitude-Recruitment Limited acting as an Employment Agency and Employment Business.
