My client, national service company are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented invoice administrator to join their busy sales team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to step into their first finance administration role and gain valuable experience in a busy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative and finnce tasks to continue the smooth running of the team..
Responsibilities
* Work within a specialist administration team to support in the costings
* Proofing and cross check contracts and document's
* Data processing of client information
* Working within a fast-paced department ensuring accurate data entry to prepare for invoice generation.
* Report generation for customers utilising both the internal system and Excel.
* Liaising with internal departments to investigate and resolve queries.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Good administrative skills
* Have good customer service skills
* Have good attention to detail
* Be fully competent in using Microsoft Excel
* Excellent problem-solving ability with numerical queries
* Ideally will need to have had previous experience within a similar role
This role is full time and fully office based, you will be working in a lovely open plan busy office, with free onsite parking
