Our Client have an immediate requirement for a experienced Head of Pre Construction/Pre Construction Director to lead a well established team with a view to developing an already successful business with National and international presence. There is a competitive package on offer and this role will suit someone with a stable track record with previous employers.

Responsibilities:

Leading a Pre Construction team

Assist with upcoming tenders, pre-construction documentation, and getting projects off the ground 

Increase brand awareness and raise the company's profile 

Responsible for bringing in new tender opportunities - existing and new clients

Responsible for client care / customer satisfaction and reviews

The ideal candidate will have excellent connections and contacts in the industry in London
