A dynamic and innovative business within construction are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with building experience on a permanent basis. You will play an integral part in providing support to customers and contractors as well as other areas of the business across the UK.

Salary: £28,000 plus bonuses

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Your main responsibilities are will be;

Ensure contact is made with every customer following legal completion and maintain regular contact throughout
Effective and professional communication with customers to correctly manage customer expectations.
To issue documentation as and when required or requested to assist the homeowner in the use and understanding of their new home.
To ensure accurate and speedy data input into the customer service operating system.
Ensure the correct and effective co-ordination of remedial tasks with geographical radius.
Effective communications with contractors and other third parties to ensure SLA compliance.To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following;

A strong understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
A good telephone manner and problem-solving skills
Exceptional customer service skills
