Savills manage a substantial portfolio of properties, and our Front of House & Concierge team provide fully managed services at a number of these high-end mixed use, commercial and residential sites across UK.
The Front of House team is recruiting mobile and static, full time and part time front of house team members, across commercial / business space and residential sites in London.
If you are passionate about happy customers and service excellence, if you love to build relationships and get involved in creating memorable moments and organise various events like coffee mornings, get in touch.
Working hours and days vary from:
• Monday to Friday, 8 - 9 hours per day, usually between 7AM and 7PM within office buildings
• Every day and night of the week, usually 12 hours shifts on 4 days on and 4 days off shift pattern at high end residential buildings
• Covering all roles across the business (receptionist, switchboard, concierge, floor coordinator, lobby host, helpdesk)
What we look for in our candidates:
Soft skills – display empathy, active listening, and the ability to build rapport.
Communication skills – excellent communication skills, high level of English language - both orally and written
Problem-solving skills - be able to think critically and solve problems quickly and efficiently; be able to handle complaints and deal with unhappy customers
Willingness to help - demonstrate a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing excellent service
Ideally you have experience working in a luxury hotel, premium airline, retail, high end leisure, or corporate environment.
