Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – Bristol 

This top 100 UK law firm is extremely busy in its residential property teams and is now looking for a residential conveyancing fee earner to join its Bristol office.

In this role you will have ownership of a caseload:

• Sales, transfer of equity etc
• Manage matters from inception to conclusion, including completion
• Review key documentation and resolve client due diligence issues 
• Work closely with a dedicated conveyancing assistant

About You

• At least 6 months experience handling a property caseload within a law firm
• This would be a great step up if you have been working as an assistant and ready to take on a caseload
