Qualifications: - Registered Nurse (NMC Registered): Desirable, though not required.
- Level 5 Health & Social Care: With Leadership and Management specialization.

- Knowledge of Care Standards: Strong familiarity with CQC standards, regulatory frameworks, and best practices in care to maintain compliance and excellence.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, along with strong regulatory knowledge.
