Senior Fire Engineer - Lead in a Dynamic Fire Consultancy

A thriving multi-disciplinary Fire Consultancy is seeking a Senior Fire Engineer to join their expanding London-based team.

This role offers the opportunity to lead on impactful projects, working with high-profile clients in the commercial, high-rise, and residential sectors.

The Senior Fire Engineer's Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Fire Engineering, the Senior Fire Engineer will independently manage projects and collaborate closely with clients to meet and exceed expectations. Ensuring compliance with fire regulations and keeping up-to-date with upcoming changes will be central to your responsibilities.

You'll be instrumental in delivering innovative fire strategies, compartmentation solutions, and escape planning while supporting business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce detailed fire strategy drawings and reports
Lead compartmentation and escape planning efforts
Conduct and oversee FREAW assessments
Collaborate with clients in client-facing meetings and presentations
Ensure compliance with current and future fire regulations
Drive business development initiatives to expand the consultancy's reach

The Ideal Senior Fire Engineer Will Have

4+ years' experience as a Fire Engineer
Degree in fire engineering, structural engineering, or a related discipline
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial fire safety standards
Experience with FREAWs and leading client-facing meetings
Proven ability in business development and project management
