As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will:
* Lead and Manage mechanical designs across the full project lifestyle - from concept to installation and commissioning
* Review and oversee designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and clients requirements.
* Provide technical expertise to project teams, mitigating risks and delivering optimal solutions.
* Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence
* Drive collaboration with clients, consultants and contractors to achieve project success.
What we are looking for:
* Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering (BEng(Hons)/Meng preferred)
* CEng status or working towards CEng.
* Proven track record in mechanical design in commercial or residential projects.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate priorities, and make decisive technical decisions.
* Strong leadership skills with experience developing and mentoring engineering teams.
