Temporary Support Worker Position - Adults with Learning Disabilities

Location: Leigh Woods, Bristol
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Are you passionate about supporting adults with complex and challenging learning disabilities? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Workers on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to adults with complex and challenging learning disabilities.
Assist with daily activities, personal care, and promoting independence.
Ensure a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for all individuals.
Work as part of a dedicated team to support individuals in achieving their goals and aspirations.Essential Requirements:

Previous experience working with adults who have learning disabilities is a must.
PBM (Positive Behaviour Management) training is ideal; however, training will be provided for suitable candidates.
A full UK driving license is beneficial but not essential.This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults while gaining valuable experience in a rewarding role.
