The Shore Group are representing a large specialist modular build contractor contractor who is undergoing a very exciting period, with a current turnover in excess of £500 million and four live schemes to talling £400m in value. You would be joining a developing team in an ambitious organisation in a contractor that is experiencing rapid, organic growth with its current pipeline of projects.

The project at hand is a 20+ storey, RC Frame, Build-to-Rent new build valuing over £100million.
