Key Responsibilities: 

Assist in onboarding new suppliers and maintain associated documentation.

Administer the manning plan, facilitating travel arrangements for the consortium logistics team.

Verify clearance for all personnel travel and manage offshore timesheets.

Maintain accurate material and equipment tracking lists, crew planner, and weekly movements log.

Compile and administer project variation paperwork and maintain related registers.

Generate, administer, and organize all Project files for offshore delivery and administration.

Handle vendor and subcontractor correspondence efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements: 

Educated to a minimum of GCSE/'O' Level (Including English and Math).

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Personable and approachable with a focus on building effective relationships.

Flexible and adaptable, capable of working autonomously.

Proficient in Business Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment, industry experience an advantage.
