Your Role as an Early Years Educator:

Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Organise materials and create engaging learning spaces that promote children's development.
Lead Educational Activities: Plan and lead activities to support the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth of children, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Key Person Role: Take responsibility for individual children's care, development, and build meaningful connections with their families.

What We're Looking For:

A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
Proven experience working with children under the age of 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to plan and deliver engaging activities based on child development principles.
