Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive needs and risk assessments for clients with multiple and complex needs.
Develop and implement holistic support plans, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
Empower clients to live independently and safely, addressing issues related to domestic abuse, substance misuse, and mental health.
Foster professional relationships with service users and liaise with external agencies.
Refer clients to DHI for drug or alcohol treatment when appropriate.
Adapt to changing business needs and work flexibly as required.Qualifications and Requirements:

A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business insurance required for work-related travel).
In-depth understanding of domestic violence and its impact on survivors and their children.
Experience working with individuals with complex needs, such as substance misuse or mental health issues.
