Estimator - Fit-out

Full-time, Permanent Position

Slary - £50,000 to £70,000 depending on experience plus package

Location - Mansfield

Immediate start for the right candidate

Up Front Recruitment is looking for estimators to join one of the UK's leading Fit-out specialists.

The Role

As an Estimator, you will have the opportunity to work on high-spec and interesting projects. Be able to engage with the board directors, winning of viable profitable tender opportunities.

Day to day
• Estimate costs from first principles; including labour, equipment, and materials.
• Liaise with the Commercial and operational teams.
• Prepare detailed and comprehensive bid proposals.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an interiors / fit-out Estimator
• Proficient in reading construction plans and specifications.
• Strong analytic and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
