Job Title: Site Manager - Retail Project (Blackpool)

Pay Rate: £270 per shift

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 4-week project at a retail store in Blackpool. The project involves pest-proofing by installing netting to the roof. There will be a crane lift on Wednesday next week, so experience with crane operations is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the installation of pest-proofing measures on the roof.

* Coordinate and supervise trades on-site, ensuring safety and efficiency.

* Maintain site records, conduct site inductions, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.

* Liaise with the client and project team regarding project progress and logistics.

Requirements:

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

* CSCS Manager's Card

* First Aid at Work

* Fire Marshal Certification

* Asbestos Awareness

* Previous experience managing retail projects and working with crane lifts is advantageous.
