Salary - Ranges up to £65,000 DOE

Our client in Urmston has a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Our client are leading specialists in groundworks, foundations and civil engineering across the UK. Due to commercial growth they are looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role suits a Quantity Surveyor that is looking for something long-term.

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities -

- You will be tasked with preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other necessary paperwork. Analyzing and evaluating contractor and subcontractor tenders.

- Ensuring clients expectations are set and met.

- Adhearing to deadlines and overseeing some large projects.

- Site visits to various clients across the UK when needed.

- Ensuring all project activities comply with local and national laws, building codes, and health and safety regulations.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements -

- 2+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

- Experience within groundworks, civil engineering or foundations would be required.

- Full UK Driving License.
