Customer and Sales Support Team Leader

£28,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience

Hours

Mon - Fri 8.30 - 5.30

Sat 1 in 4 9.45 -.2.30 (paid as overtime at time and a half)

We have an exciting opportunity with our client of a Customer and Sales Support Team Leader. Working within a small team you will need to have a 'roll your sleeves up' attitude and be resilient. You will be supporting all areas of the business with any administrative or customer support duties. This is an amazing opportunity for development, where you will be dealing with a multitude of responsibilities. You will need to have managed people but if your experience has been in retail or hospitality, and you can demonstrate you have excellent organisational and time management skills and are proficient with MS Office then please still apply!

Main Duties:

* Managing and guiding of a team of 3 supporting them with their needs.

* Dealing with training and development for team.

* Dealing with any issues that may arise.

* To ensure that all customers and prospective customers receive the best service possible by ensuring that all queries and complaints are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

* To answer customer queries by email, live chat, phone or face to face.

* Deal with escalated complaints.

* Complete follow up calls/ emails to new customers.

* When necessary, to assist at the various shows and events we attend where needed.

* Support the General Manager with any requirements they have.

* Process orders

* General administration tasks

Useful Experience / Skills include:

* A motivated, proactive attitude

* Able to communicate effectively at all levels

* Able to use Microsoft Office

* Able to use Sage 200 (desirable)

* Shows willingness to work in a flexible manner across a range of areas or responsibilities for the good of the company as a whole

* Excellent organisational skills

* Suggest ways to improve procedures and standards
