Job Title: Conveyancing Locum

Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Locum to join an established Legal Practice in Cheshire on a locum basis, with a high chance of extension.

The successful candidate will be dealing with:

-        A mixed caseload of property matters to include freehold and leasehold, whilst they firm look to recruit permanently

Hourly rate:  £45 - £50 per hour DOE (Outside IR35)

Working arrangement: Part Time/Full Time. Full Time, 35 hours per week. Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Initial office presence and the opportunity for hybrid working once settled.
