About the role of Project Manager:

Working on a high end hotel in Hertfordshire, focusing on the fit out of a conference room, bar, flexible office space and gym refurbishment.

Responsibilities for Project Manager

Playing an active part in running programme & delivery on site
Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to site staff
Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completionRequirements for Project Manager:

Happy to work in Southern Hertfordshire with the intention of future London projects
Experience working on projects valued up to £5 million
CAT A, CAT B and commercial fit out experience
Individuals who have come through Tier 1 or Tier 2 training programmes What we offer for Project Manager:
