Macildowie are currently recruiting for a manufacturing company based in Leicester who are looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on an 8 month FTC basis!

This is a brilliant position that offers a great opportunity to work within a fast paced HR team.

The day to day duties of this role will vary dependant on company demand and therefore they are looking for someone who is flexible and happy with change. However you will be responsible for the full employee life cycle, sending out contracts, assisting with first line queries, general admin and data input.

You will bring your HR knowledge to the role and the ability to step straight into the role!

Ideally you will be familiar with the manufacturing industry but this isn't mandatory if you have the relevant HR experience.
