Working with dilapidations, projects, refurbs no two days will be the same!

You will enjoy supporting the consultancy team in:

* Project delivery,

* Conducting building surveys and site inspections,

* Developing schedules of work and specifications and fund monitoring

* Collaboration with external clients and consult teams.

Key Skills:

* Strong verbal and written communication

* Red Book Valuation report expertise

* MRICS with 3 years PQE

* Strong client facing skills

* Highly motivated with excellent workload management abilities
