I working with a specialist pipeline contractor who is looking to appoint a site engineer for a pipeline project in Honiton. 
You will need to provide your own laptop with CAD.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful individual will be responsible for provisions of all aspects of site engineering ranging from setting our pipelines, fencing and asbuilt records.
Manage key relationships with the supply chain.
Supporting the project team with technical advice.
Committed to achieving the highest standards of Health & Safety, Welfare and Sustainability through promoting collaborative working and continued progressive improvement.
Work with the project team to collaboratively identify and manage on site risks in a proactive manner.
Ensuring that the success of the project is always at the forefront of any decisions, both financially and operationally and promote best value.
Review the Contractor's design documentation to ensure full coordination with adjacent elements and interfaces.
Monitor construction operations and progress, building a relationship with our in-house construction gangs.Skills & Experience Required

Desirable SSSTS or SMSTS
An excellent understanding of the principles and methodology of managing projects
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients and employees
Ability to manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities
Sound working knowledge of Safety, Health and Environment
Valid CSCS CertificationsThis is an immediate requirement with the project expected to last until May 2025. 
Rate will be dependant on experience and if you provide your own kit
