Purchase Ledger Associate - £25,000 | Basingstoke | Hybrid Working

Are you looking to grow your career in accounts payable? I’m currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Associate to join a well-established company based in Basingstoke.  This is a permanent role with hybrid working. 

The Role:As a Purchase Ledger Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts payable function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and develop your finance career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies.
• Preparing and processing payment runs.
• Assisting with month-end tasks, including reconciliations.
• Supporting process improvements within the team.

About You:

• Experience in purchase ledger/accounts payable.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills for working with suppliers and internal teams.
• Good excel skills is an advantage.
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Location:Based in Basingstoke, with hybrid working options.  Parking on site. 

Salary & Benefits:
