PA to HNWI - Amazing PA opportunity supporting a High Net Worth family based in Green Park.
- Fully office based: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am - 5pm
- Salary: 55k-65k
- Location: Mayfair - close to Green Park station
You will have impeccable attention to detail, and proven PA/EA experience supporting high net worth individuals, and be comfortable working in a small team in the beautiful London office.
We're looking for an organised PA/EA with excellent communication skills.
Tasks include:
- Diary management across multiple time zones for Principals
- Meeting coordination, hosting VIP guests
- Organising international travel for Principals and Executives
- Coordinating events, sending invites, creating guest lists
- Booking restaurants and functions
- Liaising with contacts across global locations
- Processing invoices and expenses
Person specification:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, and administrative coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Personable, adaptable and professional
- Able to work confidentially
