Support to the discipline manager and group leads on the following tasks:

• Creation and regular update of a data base with people + type of competence + competency levels
• Prepare mid term vision of necessary competences with group leads
• Create a discipline organisation chart and update it as needed
• Follow up on expert population, including steps of the expert process
• Staffing/people file - Regular updates
• Support with new comers onboarding
• Support to group leads with recruitment
• Support to group leads for renewal of services in the different teams
