We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Year 4 Teacher to join our dynamic team. You will be working in a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, providing high-quality education and care to a mainstream school with a range of special educational needs. Primary Teachers of all levels and experience will be considered for this role, including ECTs.

Year 4 Primary Teacher Responsibilities:

* Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons.

* Tailoring to the individual needs of each child, ensuring they make progress in all areas of learning and development.

* Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and confidence.

* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and professional colleagues to ensure a comprehensive education for each child.

* Adapting teaching methods to suit the diverse needs of students, including those with physical, cognitive, emotional challenges and special educational needs.

* Supporting children with emotional, social, and behavioural needs, providing strategies to promote positive outcomes.

Year 4 Primary Teacher Requirements:

* A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).

* Knowledge of SEN strategies, including those for communication, social, emotional, and behavioural needs.

* A good understanding of the KS2 national curriculum and how to adapt it to meet the needs of individual children.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

* A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to working with children.

* An understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to promoting the welfare of children.
