Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary: £13.68 - £16.12 per hour

This part-time role offers the perfect balance of flexibility to fit into your regular life where you will work in the morning only. Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in the classroom and help students in both individual and group settings
Provide support during lessons, helping students to engage and learn effectively
Encourage positive behaviour and independence
Work closely with teaching staff to ensure tailored support for each student
Help with classroom preparation and organisation
What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting (but not essential)
Compassionate, patient, and understanding approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
