About the Role:
Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to oversee the mechanical and electrical aspects of their project in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating trade contractors, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the project to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee and coordinate M&E trade contractors to ensure smooth installation of mechanical and electrical systems.
🔹 Ensure all designs and completed works comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.
🔹 Liaise with utility contractors and suppliers to manage services.
🔹 Lead the commissioning and testing of M&E systems.
🔹 Manage project timelines and quality, ensuring successful handover to Building Control.
🔹 Provide technical advice on M&E systems, sequencing of works, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as an M&E Contracts Manager.
✔ Strong understanding of building regulations and M&E compliance.
✔ Experience with project handovers and Building Control procedures.
✔ Excellent coordination and communication skills.
