An exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant to join a small finance team working in a leading robotics company just outside Milton Keynes.

- Position: Finance Assistant
- Contract: Permanent
- Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
- Location: Outside Milton Keynes
- Office Based
Main Tasks of Job Role:
• Inputting supplier bills on to the accounting system.
• Raising estimates and invoices.
• Bank reconciliations
• Managing Aged debtors and creditors.
• Inputting and reconciling monthly credit card & Paypal statements.
• Cash reconciliation
• Month end reporting.
• Telephone – liaising with suppliers and customers
• General annual company tasks related to fleet maintenance, insurance, electricity renewal, etc.
• Inbound and Outbound logistics – paperwork, liaising with robot shippers, managing bills, shipping co-ordination, import and export clearance, PVA etc.
• Reporting and analysis.
