My client is a highly successful, fast growing and entrepreneurial global consultancy.
This role is based at their city of London office, 5 days per week. This is an incredibly varied role encompassing a wide variety of office support tasks. The role involves day-to-day EA support, office management tasks and reception duties.
Typical tasks are:
- Day-to-day EA/PA duties for two c-suite directors
- Extensive diary management
- Organising global and UK travel
- Acting as gate-keeper
- Managing adhoc projects - as required
- Invoicing/expenses
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Managing the meeting room booking system
- Reception duties - meeting and greeting visitors
- Handling incoming customer queries via the telephone
- Organising and ordering catering for meetings
- Assisting with organising board meetings/action points
- Adhoc administrative/office duties as they arise
