Sales Estimator

£25k per annum, 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays

Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Leeds based manufacturing client to recruit a Sales Estimator on a full time, permanent basis.

Working as part of a small office-based team, the successful candidate will have a pro-active approach and experience of working in a sales estimator/administrator role.

Role Responsibilities:

* Proactively maintaining and developing existing customer base to drive and increase sales

* Responding to new sales enquiries, from costing to follow up, in a timely and effective manner

* Generating quotes and tenders

* Building customer relationships by providing technical and professional experience

* Processing new and repeat orders

* Purchasing raw materials

* Processing and managing orders for the Ecommerce site

* Dealing with and resolving customer complaints in an effective, professional and courteous manner

Person Specification:

* Previous experience in a similar role is essential

* Self-motivated with a desire to learn new skills and develop existing knowledge

* Industry/manufacturing knowledge is desirable but not essential

* Sound commercial experience and good numerical skills

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

* Pro-active in managing new and existing sales accounts

* Able to build relationships at all levels of an organisation

* Up-beat, friendly and professional approach

* Comfortable to work as part of a small team

* Good team player, willing to help and support sales colleagues

* Competent IT skills

* Excellent eye for detail is essential

* Full clean driving licence is desirable but not essential

This a full-time position working Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm and Friday, 8am to 3pm.
