Purchasing Administrator

We are looking for someone who has 1 years Customer Service or Administration experience.

The Role

* Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing stock from both local and overseas suppliers

* Daily planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders including delivery and shipment schedules

* Providing regular updates to internal teams of expected delivery dates of stock to ensure customer satisfaction

* Adding new part codes and prices to the system

* Managing purchasing inbox ensuring all emails are dealt with

* Updating and maintaining Supplier reports that need generating to specific deadlines

* Daily communication and updates with Suppliers to create strong working relationships

About You

* A minimum of 1 years Administrative or Customer Service experience

* Previous experience within a similar order processing role would be an advantage

* Professional and confident

* Excellent telephone manner

* Great communication skills, both written and verbal

* Computer literate
