Position Details:

• Location: Lancaster or Kendal
• Employment Type: Permanent (Full-time and part-time applications considered)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of private client matters, including:

-          Inheritance tax planning

-          Asset protection

-          Wills and estate planning

-          Trusts

-          Probates

-          Court of Protection

-          LPAs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience) within Private Client
• Ability to handle your own workload with minimal supervision
• Excellent client care skills
