Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons effectively in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure curriculum coherence and alignment
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS)
- Experience working with primary-aged children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to continuous professional development
