• Managing end-to-end payroll processes
• Ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery
• Addressing payroll-related queries from staff
• Assisting in payroll-related audits
• Overseeing compliance with statutory obligations
• Developing payroll reports for internal use
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in payroll systems
• Maintaining confidentiality of payroll information

Profile

A successful Senior Payroll Advisor should have:

• End to end payroll experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of payroll software
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
