Description
- Managing end-to-end payroll processes
- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery
- Addressing payroll-related queries from staff
- Assisting in payroll-related audits
- Overseeing compliance with statutory obligations
- Developing payroll reports for internal use
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in payroll systems
- Maintaining confidentiality of payroll information
Profile
A successful Senior Payroll Advisor should have:
- End to end payroll experience is essential.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of payroll software
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
