Key Responsibilities

* Risk Management: Identify and assess risks, conduct regular safety audits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.

* Training and Development: Provide HSEQ training to staff and promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness across the organization.

* Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into incidents and near-misses, ensuring thorough analysis and implementation of preventive measures.

Experience

* Proven experience in an HSEQ role, preferably within the arboriculture, landscaping, or construction industries.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

* Relevant certifications in HSEQ management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
