Key Responsibilities:

* Candidate Sourcing and Advertising: Utilize various platforms to attract potential candidates for active roles.

* Database Management: Update and maintain candidate records in our database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

* Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions.

* Candidate Referencing: Verify candidate references and background checks as part of the compliance process.

* Administration Tasks: Handle all administrative duties related to candidate placements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Requirements:

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
