A expanding FM company based on the outskirts of Dartford are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator. Ideally you would have come from a Engineering, Maintenance or Construction background and have dealt with Engineers or sub-contractors.

Duties will include:

• Using and understanding a CAFM system
• Coordinating, administrating and managing PPM works in line with the contract
• Managing the diaries of Engineer's and Sub-contractors
• Providing administration support to the Contract Manager
• Liasing with Sub-Contractors & Engineers

Skills Required:

• At least 3 years working within a similar role and environment
• Experience of using a CAFM system
• Ability to manage the diaries of Sub-Contractors and Engineers
• Experience in managing reactive and PPM works
