Are you a seasoned audit professional looking to take on a high-impact leadership role?

An exciting opportunity in Bristol has become available for a Senior Manager - Corporate Audit to oversee a large portfolio of prominent clients across diverse industries, including manufacturing, retail, and breweries. This is a senior-level role requiring someone with exceptional leadership and project management skills to join a dynamic and growing team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead audits for fully listed and AIM-listed entities, managing teams and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of audit services, working alongside partners and managing managers on larger engagements.
  • Oversee resource planning, performance management, training, mentoring, and career development for team members.
  • Drive profitability across your portfolio and support business development efforts, from pitches to networking events.
  • Actively contribute to practice management and business strategy, including targeted growth initiatives.
  • Provide technical expertise, engage in risk management, and make critical audit judgement decisions with clients.


What We're Looking For

  • Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/ICAS or overseas equivalent.
  • Experience: Significant audit experience with major companies, including listed and internationally active entities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop teams, coordinate projects, and mentor others.
  • Business Development: A track record of identifying and converting opportunities into successful engagements.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing multiple, complex projects within a project management framework.
  • UK Experience: A minimum of 2 years working in the UK in a similar role.
  • Stability in career progression, with a history of long-term commitment to previous roles.
