We are currently seeking an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join our Corporate Insolvency Team at our Whiteley office in Fareham. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in various insolvency procedures, along with a positive attitude and the right personality to fit seamlessly into our team. We will provide full support and training to help you continue your development. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases from inception to closure, ensuring smooth progression and mpliance.
  • Prepare necessary documentation to comply with Money Laundering rules and regulations.
  • Liaise effectively with directors and creditors, maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Assist in the drafting and reviewing of formal reports to creditors and other stakeholders.
  • Undertake pre-appointment compliance checklists and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.
  • Develop case strategies, conduct SIP2 investigations, and draft DCRS.
  • Utilise Excel and Word for effective documentation and case management.
  • Maintain a professional telephone manner and possess strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in insolvency or a similar position.
  • AAT preferred but not essential as training and support will be given.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
