Staff Nurse - Luxury Nursing Home
Hourly Rate: £19.50
Night Shifts, Full-Time Hours

Our client offers exceptional level of care in a beautiful purpose-built nursing home. The service caters to older adults with general nursing needs and specialise in dementia care, ensuring each resident receives tailored support. The home has been designed to promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life, with a warm and friendly atmosphere.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach to elderly care, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges involved in caring for residents with dementia and other complex health needs. Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills are essential, along with the ability to work autonomously during night shifts while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC Pin
• Experience in general nursing and/or dementia care (desirable but not essential)
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work night shifts and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments
• Support residents with general nursing needs and those living with dementia
• Maintain and update care plans, ensuring all documentation is accurate
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure each resident's individual needs are met
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Uphold a high standard of hygiene, safety, and infection control practices
• Participate in staff handovers and contribute to the smooth running of night shifts
