Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring for a HR Business Partner for a healthcare organisation in Birmingham, located in the middle of Digbeth and Bordesley.

Candidate responsibilities:

• Provide regular updates to the CEO
• Advise on changes that may need to be implemented
• Supporting all improvements throughout all functions within HR
• Able to work in a dynamic environment

Skills needed

• Amazing communication skills
• Confidence in resolving issues and queries
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Work off own initiative
